Refund Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to subscription charges for Agendar SaaS.
2. General rule
If you are an eligible consumer, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the initial charge date. Outside this period, charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
3. Eligible cases
- First subscription charge canceled within 14 calendar days.
- Duplicate charge for the same billing period.
- Verified technical billing error attributable to Agendar.
4. Request and timelines
Claims should be submitted within 14 calendar days after the charge, with evidence sent to contacto@agendar.lat. We review each case and reply within 3 to 10 business days.
5. Refund method
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method and subject to gateway and bank processing times.
