Terms of Service

1. Scope

Agendar provides a platform to manage bookings, customers, payments, and communications. By using the service, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Commercial legal name: Windsor Cloud SaaS.

Agendar is software-only (SaaS). It does not provide human-powered fulfillment services on behalf of merchants.

2. Account responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and access control.
• You must not share access with unauthorized third parties.

3. Billing and payments

Plans and prices are shown in the platform. Payments are processed through enabled gateways. Applicable taxes are the customer responsibility unless otherwise required by law.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not generate refunds for already billed periods unless required by law.

5. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent allowed by law, Agendar is not liable for indirect losses, third-party failures, or force majeure events.
